Ratings: ABC’s “The Whispers” Slips to a New Series Low

For the second straight week, ABC’s “The Whispers” slipped to new series lows in adults 18-49 and total viewership.

Per fast national data, this week’s episode posted a 0.6 adults 18-49 rating with 2.69 million viewers. Last week’s edition managed a 0.7 with 2.77 million.

“The Whispers” has not been a strong performer for ABC, and the recent conclusion of its “The Bachelorette” lead-in is not helping matters. Whereas “The Bachelorette” would routinely deliver an adults 18-49 rating in the 2.0 range, the two most recent editions of new lead-in “Bachelor in Paradise: After Paradise” have drawn 0.8 ratings.

“The Whispers” was its timeslot’s #3 network program (out of 3) in adults 18-49 and total viewership.

The aforementioned “After Paradise” drew a 0.8 with 3.34 million viewers. ABC’s night opened with “Bachelor in Paradise” (1.5, 5.01 million).
