Walk the Moon, Houndmouth, Coleman Hell Reach Alternative Radio’s Top 15

Walk the Moon (NBC)

One week after reaching the format’s Top 20, Walk The Moon’s “Different Colors” reaches the Top 15 on Mediabase’s alternative radio airplay chart. It is one of three songs to make the weekly leap.

Spun ~1,051 times during the August 2-8 tracking week, “Different Colors” rockets five places to a new peak of #12 on the chart. It is the follow-up to the band’s #1 alternative hit — and overall crossover smash — “Shut Up and Dance.”

Houndmouth’s “Sedona,” which re-entered the Top 20 last week, also jumps into the Top 15 on this week’s chart. Up two places, it claims #14 on the strength of its ~1,007 weekly plays (+80).

Coleman Hell’s “2 Heads” claims the last available Top 15 slot. Up three places, it earns #15 courtesy a weekly spin total of ~1,004 (+106).
