“Levels” Set as Nick Jonas’ Next Single; MTV VMA Pre-Show Performance Confirmed

Update: While Nick Jonas and his team introduced “Under You” at the recent iHeartMedia Music Summit, it appears the pop artist is going in a different direction for his new single.

Jonas recently announced “Levels” – not “Under You” – as his new single. He will be performing the track at the MTV Video Music Awards pre-show.

After scoring a #1 pop radio hit with “Jealous” and a Top 10 hit with “Chains,” Nick Jonas is hoping to keep his momentum alive.

In conjunction with that endeavor, he will shift focus to a new single entitled “Under You.”

Jonas debuted the new single at Tuesday’s iHeartMedia Music Summit. The introduction was part of an Island Records presentation that included hype for singles from acts like Tove Lo, Shawn Mendes, Fall Out Boy, Avicii, Demi Lovato and American Authors.

USA Today’s Carly Mallenbaum, who was present at the event, shared a brief clip from Jonas’ performance. It is embedded below:
