Fetty Wap’s “679” Ranks as Rhythmic Radio’s Most-Added Song; J. Cole, Weeknd Follow

As Fetty Wap’s “My Way (featuring Monty)” nears the Top 5 at rhythmic radio, his single “679 (featuring Remy Boyz)” is beginning to generate its own steam.

The song, which reached the Top 50 on last week’s Mediabase rhythmic airplay chart, ranks as this week’s most-added song.

Per Mediabase, “679” scored adds from 19 monitored stations.

That add count narrowly tops those achieved by J. Cole’s “No Role Modelz” and The Weeknd’s “The Hills.” Those two songs, which tie for second-most added, each received pickups from 17 stations.

Added by 13 stations, Drake’s diss track “Back to Back” earns the rhythmic format’s fourth-most-added distinction. Lil Wayne & Charlie Puth’s “Nothing But Trouble” follows as the week’s fifth-most-added song. It scored support from 12 stations.

Other notable rhythmic radio options: K Camp’s “Comfortable” (11 adds, 6th), Chris Brown’s “Liquor” (8 adds, 7th, tie), YG’s “Twist My Fingaz” (8 adds, 7th, tie), Jason Derulo’s “Cheyenne” (6 adds, 9th, tie), Nico & Vinz’ “That’s How You Know (featuring Kid Ink and Bebe Rexha)” (6 adds, 9th, tie).
