Ratings: Showtime’s “Masters of Sex” Adds Viewers, “Ray Donovan” Declines

While it held steady in the adults 18-49 demographic, Showtime’s “Masters of Sex” enjoyed a substantial week-over-week viewership gain.

Sunday’s episode posted a 0.16 adults 18-49 rating with 585,000 viewers. The previous installment drew the same 0.16 but a series low viewership total of 509,000.

Since “Masters of Sex” is on a subscription-based network and not supported by ads, the viewership total carries more weight than it does for a network or basic cable show.

— Lead-in “Ray Donovan” suffered a slight decline this week. After posting a 0.51 with 1.442 million this week, “Ray” drew a 0.48 with 1.367 million this week.
