Kelsea Ballerini’s “Dibs” Soars on the Country Airplay Charts

Whether one looks at the Mediabase or Billboard country airplay charts, he will find Kelsea Ballerini’s new single “Dibs” comfortably positioned within the Top 40.

Up seven places from last week’s mark, “Dibs” grabs the #32 spot on this week’s edition of the Billboard Country Airplay chart. The new peak position comes courtesy a weekly audience impression count of 5.433 million.

That mark bests last week’s audience tally by a whopping 2.188 million. Of the songs currently positioned within the Top 25, only Blake Shelton’s #36 “Gonna” (+3.991 million) enjoyed a greater weekly gain.

“Dibs” concurrently makes its first appearance within the Top 40 of Mediabase’s country radio singles chart. The song, which received 3,799 Mediabase chart points during the July 26-August 1 tracking week, rises thirteen places to #35 on the chart.

It received 1,117 weekly plays (+473) and 5.587 million weekly audience impressions (+2.441 million) from Mediabase-monitored stations.

Cut from Ballerini’s debut album “The First Time,” “Dibs” is the follow-up to the singer-songwriter’s chart-topping smash “Love Me Like You Mean It.”
