Selena Gomez’ “Good For You” Surges Into Pop Radio’s Top 10; Rachel Platten Also Enters

Selena Gomez [ABC]

Fueled by the pop radio format’s greatest weekly airplay gain, Selena Gomez’ “Good For You (featuring A$AP Rocky)” rockets into the Top 10 on this week’s Mediabase chart.

Spun ~10,546 times during the July 26-August 1 tracking week, “Good For You” rises four places to a new peak of #8 on the chart.

The song’s weekly spin count bests last week’s total by a whopping 1,787 plays. No other pop song enjoyed a gain of that significance.

In reaching #8, “Good For You” becomes Gomez’ fifth Top 10 pop radio entry.

— While Gomez gets to celebrate her fifth career Top 10, Rachel Platten can now celebrate her first. The artist’s “Fight Song,” which is now the #1 song at Hot AC radio, rises one place to #10 on the Mediabase pop airplay chart. It received ~9,223 weekly spins (+327).
