As the dominance of his collaborative “See You Again” begins to wane (it is down to #5 on this week’s Hot 100), Charlie Puth’s new single “Marvin Gaye (featuring Meghan Trainor)” is climbing.

This week, it rises seven places to a new peak of #48 on the Billboard Hot 100.

In conjunction with that new Hot 100 peak, “Marvin Gaye” claims the #27 spot on the Digital Songs subchart. It does not appear on the 50-song Radio Songs or Streaming Songs subchart, but airplay and streaming activity are definitely contributing to its overall Hot 100 point total.

X Ambassadors’ alternative crossover “Renegades” also enters the Hot 100’s Top 50 this week. Up eight places, it grabs the #50 slot.

“Renegades” concurrently rises to a new peak of #28 on Digital Songs.
