Ratings: “KC Undercover” Rises This Week, “Best Friends Whenever” Falls

Part two of the “KC Undercover” “Operation, Other Side” event outdrew the first installment.

The episode, which aired Sunday, posted a 0.40 adults 18-49 rating with 2.166 million viewers. The first part, which aired on July 12, scored a lesser 0.34 with 1.987 million viewers.

The news was not universally rosy for Disney Channel’s Sunday lineup. While “KC” enjoyed a week-over-week gain, “Best Friends Whenever” suffered losses in adults 18-49 and total viewership.

After posting a 0.35 with 2.021 million viewers for last week’s broadcast, the new series drew a 0.32 with 1.958 million viewers this week. It was the lowest-rated and least-watched of Disney’s Sunday night originals.

“Liv and Maddie,” the other, scored a 0.39 adults 18-49 rating with 2.245 million viewers. Both numbers top those of the previous episode, which posted a 0.38 with 2.128 million on June 21.
