Afforded hourly airplay support from the iHeartMedia network of stations, 5 Seconds of Summer’s new “She’s Kinda Hot” received 1,158 opening day US pop radio plays.

That spin count earns “She’s Kinda Hot” the #44 position on Mediabase’s latest rolling pop airplay chart. Issued Saturday, the rolling chart measures airplay for the entire week between July 11 and July 17.

Insofar as the song received substantial exposure in major markets, it ranks even more favorably from an audience standpoint. Its opening day audience impression count of 11.428 million is the pop format’s #30 tally for the entire July 11-17 frame.

Currently #1 on the US iTunes store, “She’s Kinda Hot” is the lead single from the band’s upcoming second album.
