For the first time since the chart launched in 2012, a single artist is responsible for America’s three hottest R&B songs.

The Weeknd’s “Can’t Feel My Face,” “The Hills” and “Earned It” hold the top three successive positions on this week’s Billboard Hot R&B Songs chart.

“Can’t Feel My Face” and “Earned It” remain in the respective #1 and #3 positions they held last week. Up two places from last week’s mark, “The Hills” grabs the #2 spot.

Prior to The Weeknd, Robin Thicke was the only artist to even claim two concurrent top three spots. His “Blurred Lines (featuring Pharrell and TI)” and “Give It 2 U (featuring Kendrick Lamar)” simultaneously held #1 and #3, respectively, in 2013.

While their order is different, The Weeknd’s three hits also claim the top three spots on Billboard’s R&B Streaming Songs chart. “The Hills” is the week’s most-streamed R&B song, while “Face” and “Earned It” follow at #2 and #3, respectively.

In addition to claiming R&B dominance, The Weeknd’s three singles are positioned prominently on the all-genre Billboard Hot 100.

“Can’t Feel My Face” is this week’s #3 entry, while “The Hills” and “Earned It” hold #12 and #18, respectively. Prior to its recent decline, “Earned It” had gone as high as #3 on the Hot 100.

In terms of all-genre streaming (Streaming Songs), “The Hills” (#5), “Can’t Feel My Face” (#6) and “Earned It” (#9) all hold Top 10 positions.

“Can’t Feel My Face” (#2) and “The Hills” (#6) also hold Top 10 spots on the all-genre Digital Songs chart.
