After featuring recent breakout band Echosmith on Monday and recent breakout solo artist OMI on Tuesday, “The Tonight Show” will play host to a true music industry veteran on Wednesday.
Country star Alan Jackson is the night’s performer.
The performance, which comes in support of his new album “Angels and Alcohol,” is Jackson’s first on the Jimmy Fallon-hosted iteration of NBC’s “Tonight Show.”
In addition to preceding the July 17 album release, the performance also precedes Jackson’s 7/17 TODAY Show Summer Concert Series showcase.
Taped Wednesday afternoon, the latest “Tonight Show” episode also features appearances by Sir Ian McKellen and Amy Schumer. It airs at 11:35PM ET.
