Hot 100: Skrillex, Diplo & Justin Bieber’s “Where Are U Now” Reaches Top 10

Last week, news emerged that Skrillex and Diplo’s “Where Are U Now (featuring Justin Bieber)” had been certified gold by the RIAA.

This week, news arrives that the song has entered the top ten on the Billboard Hot 100.

Up nine places, “Where Are U Now” soars to a new peak of #8 on the all-encompassing chart.

Released on June 29, the music video provided the impetus for the chart gain. According to Nielsen, “Where Are U Now” enjoyed a 66% gain (to 10.7 million) in weekly streaming activity.

It also improved its Hot 100 score courtesy an 8% rise in sales (78,000) and a 6% rise in radio audience (59 million).

“Where Are U Now” is one of two additions to the Top 10. Rachel Platten’s “Fight Song,” the other, starts at #10.
