Hot 100: Wiz Khalifa’s “See You Again” Holds at #1, OMI’s “Cheerleader” Top 5

While the peak of the Billboard Hot 100 looks as it did last week, change occurs inside the Top 5.

One week after vaulting into the Top 10, OMI’s “Cheerleader” makes its inaugural appearance inside the Hot 100’s Top 5.

The summer smash rises three places to a new peak of #4 on this week’s chart. A breakthrough for OMI, “Cheerleader” only trails Fetty Wap’s #3 “Trap Queen,” Taylor Swift’s #2 “Bad Blood (featuring Kendrick Lamar)” and Wiz Khalifa’s #1 “See You Again (featuring Charlie Puth).”

The lattermost song earns a tenth, non-consecutive week atop the listing.

Walk the Moon’s “Shut Up and Dance” (#5) occupies the final Top 5 slot.

The remainder of the top ten: Mark Ronson’s #6 “Uptown Funk (featuring Bruno Mars),” Jason Derulo’s #7 “Want to Want Me,” David Guetta’s #8 “Hey Mama (featuring Nicki Minaj, Bebe Rexha and Afrojack),” Andy Grammer’s #9 “Honey, I’m Good” and The Weeknd’s #10 “Earned It.”
