Jason Derulo’s “Want to Want Me” Officially Claims #1 at Pop Radio

Jason Derulo’s “Want to Want Me” is officially the #1 song at pop radio.

“Want to Want Me” tops Mediabase’s pop radio airplay chart on the strength of the ~18,661 spins it received during the June 7-13 tracking week. Up 80 spins from last week’s total, the count gives “Want to Want Me” the edge over Wiz Khalifa’s previous leader “See You Again (featuring Charlie Puth).”

The “Furious 7” song, which still tops the rhythmic airplay chart, received 18,316 weekly pop spins.

While “Want to Want Me” may not be #4 on the pop airplay chart, it adheres to the spirit of album “Everything is 4.” The track follows “Whatcha Say,” “In My Head” and “Talk Dirty” as Derulo’s fourth #1 pop radio hit.

Also in the top five this week: Walk the Moon’s “Shut Up and Dance” (#3), Taylor Swift’s “Bad Blood” (#4) and Tove Lo’s “Talking Body” (#5).
