Ratings: “Mad Men” Series Finale is Most Watched Episode Since 2013

Given the specificity of its draw, AMC’s “Mad Men” was not the type of series that was going to deliver monster rating for its final episode.

By its own standard, Sunday’s finale nonetheless performed well.

AMC’s last “Mad Men” broadcast drew a 1.08 adults 18-49 rating with 3.287 million viewers.

Up markedly from last week’s episode (0.64 rating, 1.866 million viewers), the “Mad Men” finale was the most watched episode since the April 7, 2013 sixth season premiere. That installment drew a 1.1 rating with 3.37 million viewers.

Among original cable broadcasts, the “Mad Men” adults 18-49 rating placed third behind those of “Game of Thrones” (3.14) and “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” (1.40).
