Ratings: ABC’s “Secrets and Lies” Finale Topped “Once Upon a Time”

While the April 19 and April 26 editions of ABC’s “Secrets and Lies” attracted more total viewers than the corresponding editions of lead-in “Once Upon a Time,” they did not top the Sunday night flagship in adults 18-49.

The season finale of “Secrets and Lies,” which aired this Sunday, achieved that feat.

According to final broadcast data, Sunday’s “Secrets” drew a series high 1.8 adults 18-49 rating with 6.53 million viewers. Its “OUAT” lead-in managed a 1.7 with 5.31 million.

In outdrawing the ABC veteran and thus ranking as the network’s (and all of network television’s) top Sunday program, “Secrets” put an exclamation point on its case for a season two renewal. ABC’s final decision on that matter is expected soon.

— ABC’s Sunday lineup also included “America’s Funniest Home Videos” (1.4, 5.61 million) and “Revenge” (1.2, 4.82 million).
