Mumford & Sons’ “Wilder Mind” Tops iTunes Sales Chart; Zac Brown, Tech N9ne Follow

Considered a lock to win the overall album sales race, Mumford & Sons’ new “Wilder Mind” is also the current leader on the iTunes album sales chart.

Released Monday, the deluxe edition of the band’s third album–and first since 2012–holds the #1 spot on the US iTunes listing. The standard version is currently #3 on the chart.

Sandwiched between the two is Zac Brown Band’s “Jekyll + Hyde.” Set to top this week’s edition of the Billboard 200, “Jekyll + Hyde” was last week’s best-selling album.

“21 Totally 80s Hits” holds the #4 position, while Tech N9ne’s new “Special Effects” is situated at #5.

Also in the top ten: Granger Smith’s “4×4” EP (#6), Alabama Shakes’ “Sound & Color” (#7), the pre-order for twenty one pilots’ “Blurryface” (#8), My Morning Jacket’s new “The Waterfall” (#9) and Josh Groban’s recently released “Stages” (#10).

Notable new releases from Chris Stapleton (“Traveller”) and Ciara (“Jackie”) are ranked at #12 and #13, respectively.
