Ratings Update: “Undateable,” “One Big Happy” Hit Lows After Deflated “The Voice”

Update: The final ratings report was even less kind to NBC’s “One Big Happy” than the preliminary update.

Tuesday’s “One Big Happy” season finale actually drew a 0.8 adults 18-49 with 3.08 million viewers. It was the weakest of the first season “One Big Happy” airings.

To its credit, “One Big Happy” did not receive optimal lead-in support from 9PM comedy “Undateable.”

Airing out of a weakened “The Voice” (2.2 adults 18-49 rating, 9.49 million), 9PM NBC comedy “Undateable” drew a season low 1.2 rating with 4.53 million viewers.

NBC closed its night with “Chicago Fire” (1.6, 6.85 million).

A rough Tuesday saw NBC’s “The Voice,” “Undateable,” “One Big Happy” and “Chicago Fire” all suffer week-over-week losses in adults 18-49.

Three of the four slipped in viewership.

The struggle began with the 8PM “Voice” results show. After posting a 2.6 adults 18-49 rating with 11.25 million last week, the broadcast managed a mere 2.1 with 9.29 million this Tuesday, per fast national data.

While the rating gave NBC the victory in the 8PM slot, it was the lowest ever for an original “Voice” episode.

The deflated lead-in support seemingly affected 9PM comedy “Undateable.” Down from last week’s 1.4 with 4.85 million viewers, this week’s “Undateable” drew a season low 1.2 with 4.62 million.

That it was a season finale did not help lead-out “One Big Happy.” Tuesday’s edition of the freshman comedy drew a soft 0.9 adults 18-49 rating with 3.20 million. Last week’s scored a 1.1 with 3.76 million.

Up slightly in total viewership (6.84 million vs. 6.72 million), 10PM drama “Chicago Fire” fell to a 1.5 in adults 18-49. Last week’s episode earned a 1.6.
