Skrillex, Diplo & Justin Bieber’s “Where Are U Now” Moves 45K, Rises on Sales Chart

Skrillex & Diplo’s “Where Are Ü Now (featuring Justin Bieber)” surged twenty two places to a high of #42 on this week’s edition of the Billboard Hot 100.

A week-over-week sales increase played a valuable role in driving that gain.

According to Nielsen Music, the collaborative track moved approximately 45,000 paid downloads during the tracking week ending April 12. Enough for a fifteen place lift to #26 on the Digital Songs subchart, the total bests last week’s sum (33,374) by ~35%.

It was the week’s second-best-selling Dance/Electronic song. David Guetta’s “Hey Mama (featuring Nicki Minaj and Afrojack)” tops that list.

Going into the most recently concluded tracking week, “Where Are Ü Now” possessed a release-to-date sales total of 112,978. The additional 45,000 units brings that total to roughly 158,000.

— In addition to rising on the Hot 100 and Digital Songs charts, “Where Are Ü Now” also jumps onto the Billboard Streaming Songs chart at #40.
