The Voice’s Sawyer Fredericks, Kimberly Nichole, Meghan Linsey Win iTunes Bonuses (Updated)

Update: Not one Top 20 recording reached the top ten on last week’s iTunes all-genre single sales chart.

Three of this week’s Top 12 performances reached that portion of the chart. Three of this week’s songs, therefore, will receive a 10X multiplier on their iTunes vote counts.

“The Voice” this week awards iTunes bonuses to Sawyer Fredericks (for “Imagine”), Kimberly Nichole (for “House of the Rising Sun”) and Meghan Linsey (for “Girl Crush”). When voting closed at 12PM ET Tuesday, the performances were positioned at #2, #3 and #4, respectively.

Here is how all twelve of Tuesday’s performances were positioned when NBC closed the weekly “The Voice” vote:

2) Sawyer Fredericks – Team Pharrell – Imagine
3) Kimberly Nichole – Team Christina – House of the Rising Sun
4) Meghan Linsey – Team Blake – Girl Crush
25) Joshua Davis – Team Adam – America
33) Koryn Hawthorne – Team Pharrell – Stronger
36) Deanna Johnson – Team Adam – Oceans (Where Feet May Fail)
41) Rob Taylor – Team Christina – I Put a Spell on You

=============

The west coast broadcast of Monday’s “The Voice” concluded less than a half hour ago, and three of the night’s songs are already in the top ten on iTunes.

Kimberly Nichole’s “House of the Rising Sun,” Sawyer Fredericks’ “Imagine” and Meghan Linsey’s “Girl Crush,” those songs, are currently positioned at #5, #6 and #8, respectively, on the all-genre iTunes single sales chart.

If the songs can maintain their top ten positions through the close voting at 12PM ET — and they almost certainly will — they will secure 10x iTunes multiplier bonuses for the aforementioned three contestants.

As of press time, the three songs are operating at a significant distance from the rest of the pack.

The next-highest-charting effort comes from Joshua Davis. The Team Adam contestant’s “America” is currently positioned at #35 on iTunes.

Next up is Team Pharrell’s Koryn Hawthorne, whose take on “Stronger” is #43.

Team Christina’s Rob Taylor follows at #57 with “I Put a Spell on You,” while Team Adam’s Deanna Johnson holds #58 for her “Oceans (Where Feet May Fail).”

The remainder of the night’s performances are charting as follows:

65) Corey Kent White – Team Blake – Why
74) India Carney – Team Christina – Take Me to Church
79) Hannah Kirby – Team Blake – Edge of Seventeen
94) Mia Z – Team Pharrell – Miss You
272) Brian Johnson – Team Adam – If I Ever Lose My Faith in You
