Hozier, whose “Take Me To Church” spent the past several months as one of the hottest songs in America, takes the stage on Thursday’s edition of “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.”
The Hozier performance concludes an episode that also features interviews with Hugh Jackman and Tiffani Thiessen and a game of Musical Beers involving Jackman, some cast members from “Saturday Night Live” and this Saturday’s “SNL” host Chris Hemsworth.
