Ratings: “Pretty Little Liars” Sinks to a Viewership Low

While still a strong cable performer in its target demographics, “Pretty Little Liars” is definitely enduring a fall from ratings grace.

For the second consecutive week, viewership for the ABC Family flagship slipped to a series low.

Down from last week’s then-series low 1.577 million, this Tuesday’s “PLL” drew a viewership total of 1.490 million.

This week’s episode also suffered declines in the adults 18-49 (0.67, -.07), adults 18-34 (0.88, -.12) and females 12-34 (1.71, -.11) demographics.

Prior to the premiere of the fifth season, a regularly scheduled episode had fallen beneath the 2 million viewership mark on only one occasion. Eight of the twenty two season five episodes–and six of the nine 2015 broadcasts–have done so.

ABC Family has already renewed “Pretty Little Liars” for sixth and seventh seasons.
