Drake’s “Energy,” “Preach” “Legend,” Others Debut on Hot 100

Signposted by the fact that they commanded solid positions on the iTunes single sales chart and collectively helped Drake set a streaming record on Spotify, numerous singles from his surprise, chart-topping album “If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late” land on this week’s Billboard Hot 100.

“Energy,” which was the best-seller, grabs the most impressive spot on this week’s edition of the all-encompassing Billboard chart. It starts at #49 on the listing and ranks as the Hot 100’s highest-charting new entry.

“Preach (featuring PARTYNEXTDOOR)” scores the artist’s next best debut position at #85. “Legend” follows closely at #86.

The hip-hop superstar’s new album is also represented by “10 Bands” (#88) and “Used To (featuring Lil Wayne)” (#91).
