Walk the Moon Set to Perform on Jimmy Fallon’s 2/19 “The Tonight Show”

Walk The Moon [RCA]

NBC’s listings finally reveal a musical act for the February 19 edition of “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.”

That act is the same one behind alternative radio’s new #1 song.

The listings reveal that Walk the Moon, which is currently enjoying a breakthrough in the form of single “Shut Up and Dance,” will play the February 19 show. Previously confirmed interview guests Martin Short and Ruth Wilson remain on the bill.

Walk the Moon joins an impressive list of weekly “Tonight Show” guests. Chris Brown & Tyga and Imagine Dragons performed on Monday and Tuesday, respectively, and Ella Henderson and Nick Jonas are set for the Wednesday and Friday shows.

The opportune performance comes as Walk the Moon’s alternative and Hot AC hit “Shut Up and Dance” works its way up the pop airplay chart.
