Pitbull’s “Time of Our Lives,” Taylor Swift’s “Style” Officially Go Top 10 at Pop

Thanks to the week’s fourth-greatest and second-greatest spin gains, respectively, Pitbull’s “Time of Our Lives (featuring Ne-Yo)” and Taylor Swift’s “Style” are now officially members of the pop radio top ten.

“Time” will claim the #8 position on Mediabase’s official pop airplay chart. Due to be released Sunday evening, the chart will confirm that the song received approximately 8,966 spins during the February 1-7 tracking week. That spin count reflects a week-over-week gain of 1,573.

“Time of Our Lives” is also a top 5 hit at rhythmic radio and nearing the top 40 at hot adult contemporary.

Swift’s “Style,” meanwhile, grabs the #10 spot at pop this week on the strength of its ~7,951 tracking week spins. Its week-over-week spin gain of 1,831 is the format’s second-greatest; only Ed Sheeran’s #2 “Thinking Out Loud” (15,884, +2,601) enjoyed a bigger weekly gain.

“Style” is currently #16 at hot adult contemporary radio, #38 at adult contemporary and on the verge of reaching the Top 40 at rhythmic.

Swift is also represented on all three charts by “Blank Space” (and also by “Shake it Off” at adult contemporary). “Blank Space” is the #4 song at Hot AC, #5 song at pop and #1 song at AC. “Shake it Off” is #4 at AC.
