Grammys: Lady Gaga, Tony Bennett Win for Traditional Pop Album

When Lady Gaga and Tony Bennett take the Grammys stage Sunday night, they will do so with the knowledge that they are winners.

“Cheek to Cheek,” their collaborative album, won the award for Traditional Pop Vocal Album.

Revealed during the Sunday afternoon Grammy Premiere telecast, the win came amid opposition from Annie Lennox’ “Nostalgia,” Barry Manilow’s “Night Songs,” Johnny Mathis’ “Sending You a Little Christmas” and Barbra Streisand’s “Partners.”

It was the only category in which “Cheek to Cheek” was represented at this year’s ceremony.
