Ratings: TBS’ “Ground Floor” Slips from High, “Cougar Town” Struggles

Once again demonstrating its volatility, TBS’ “Ground Floor” endured a performance decline this week.

After delivering its best performance on record last week, “Ground Floor” settled for a more modest showing this Tuesday. The latest installment scored a 0.5 adults 18-49 rating with 1.43 million viewers.

Last week’s episode delivered a considerably stronger 0.7 adults 18-49 rating with 1.71 million viewers.

While it ranked third among the five season two episodes in total viewership, Tuesday’s episode drew the year’s lowest adults 18-49 rating. The 12/9 and 12/23 episodes attracted smaller overall audiences (1.35 and 1.28 million, respectively) but posted 0.6 adults 18-49 ratings.

— “Cougar Town,” which led out of “Ground Floor,” opened its final season with a 0.5 rating and 1.04 million viewers. It was the show’s worst performance on record.
