MCA Nashville and Big Machine respectively confirmed that Sam Hunt’s “Take Your Time” and Rascal Flatts’ “Riot” will formally go for country radio adds during Thanksgiving Week.
“Take Your Time” follows Hunt’s smash “Leave the Night On,” which won support from the iHeartRadio “On the Verge” program en route to reaching #1 on the Mediabase and Billboard country airplay charts.
“Riot,” the third single from Rascal Flatts’ “Rewind,” hopes to erase the memory of underperformer “Payback.” That song peaked at #21 on the Billboard Country Airplay Chart.
