I LOVE MAKONNEN, Ariana Grande, Meghan Trainor Advance on Sales Chart

I LOVE MAKONNEN’s “Tuesday” has officially advanced into the top ten of the iTunes all-genre single sales chart.

Poetically, it achieved the feat on a Tuesday.

The track, which features Drake, has been commanding ample buzz over the past several weeks. Enough to jettison “Tuesday” into the Top 5 at urban radio, the Top 15 at rhythmic radio and the Top 40 of the Billboard Hot 100, the explosion of interest also pushed the track into the top ten on iTunes.

As of press time, it was the digital retailer’s ninth-best-selling song.

— While not yet in the top ten, Ariana Grande & The Weeknd’s “Love Me Harder” is also making moves. Fueled by growing radio airplay and the release of its official music video, “Love Me Harder” has climbed into the store’s Top 15. It was #14 at press time.

— Benefiting from surging airplay and high-profile exposure during Monday’s edition of “TODAY,” Meghan Trainor’s “Lips are Movin” is also storming the upper regions of the digital sales chart. It is currently #16 on iTunes.
