Ratings: FOX’s “Gracepoint” Falls Yet Again (Updated)

Update: Thursday’s edition of “Gracepoint,” the show’s third broadcast to date, endured another hit in the adults 18-49 department.

Down 11% from last week’s number, the episode’s adults 18-49 rating clocked in at a 0.8.

Viewership, meanwhile, slipped to 3.70 million.

FOX led into “Gracepoint” with “Bones” (1.7 rating, 6.56 million viewers).

==========

Yes, the low can get lower.

After delivering a disappointing 2.9 overnight household rating for its premiere episode and an even weaker 2.5 for hour two, FOX’s ten-part “Broadchurch” remake “Gracepoint” slipped yet again.

Thursday’s episode drew a mere 2.2 overnight household rating. There is no guarantee the same drop will emerge in the adults 18-49 and total viewership data, but one can safely conclude that the show did not enjoy a major rebound this week.

The source of solid critical marks, “Gracepoint” has nonetheless failed to find an audience in a timeslot that also includes CBS’ Thursday Night Football and ABC’s flagship drama “Scandal.”

— Earlier in the night, FOX offered veteran drama “Bones” (4.1 overnight household rating).
