Ratings: FOX’s “Red Band Society” Steady, Still Low (Updated)

Update: On par with last week’s episode in the demo, Wednesday’s “Red Band Society” drew a 1.1 adults 18-49 rating.

Viewership for the episode, the show’s third, slipped slightly to 3.33 million.

The light early ratings already put “Red Band Society” on the endangered list, but FOX can at least spend Thursday touting the show’s stability in week three.

“Hell’s Kitchen,” which led into “Red Band,” drew a 1.4 rating with 3.89 million viewers.

The ship appears to have already sailed on “Red Band Society” being even a decent ratings performer, but the show’s third episode at least avoided an additional decline.

Wednesday’s installment of the new FOX drama drew a 2.6 overnight household rating. The rating is identical with that driven by the previous episode, which ended up delivering a 1.1 adults 18-49 rating and 3.43 million viewers.

The drama ranked fourth in the timeslot beneath CBS’ “Criminal Minds” (7.5), ABC’s “Modern Family”/”black-ish” (7.4/6.1) and NBC’s “Law & Order: SVU” (5.3)

Earlier in the night, FOX offered “Hell’s Kitchen.” It scored a 3.1 household rating in the 8 PM hour.
