Tove Lo’s “Habits” Enters Top 10 on Sales Chart

A sign that it is successfully converting its rising airplay into rising sales, Tove Lo’s breakthrough single “Habits (Stay High)” is now one of America’s top ten sellers on iTunes.

The single, which had spent several days in the 11-17 range on iTunes’ all-genre sales chart, climbed to the #10 position early Wednesday morning.

Boosted by iHeartRadio’s “On the Verge” program, “Habits” is currently the #14 song at pop radio. It meanwhile claims #20 at alternative radio and the #30 position on the hot adult contemporary airplay chart.

Currently leading the iTunes all-genre sales chart is Taylor Swift’s “Shake it Off,” which is outselling Meghan Trainor’s runner-up “All About That Bass” by a ratio of just less than 5:4.

Jason Aldean’s “Gonna Know We Were Here” (#3), Jessie J + Ariana Grande + Nicki Minaj’s “Bang Bang” (#4), Florida Georgia Line’s “Sun Daze” (#5), Clean Bandit’s “Rather Be (featuring Jess Glynne)” (#6), Iggy Azalea’s “Black Widow (featuring Rita Ora)” (#7), Jason Aldean’s “Burnin’ it Down” (#8) and Nicki Minaj’s “Anaconda” (#9) hold the other spots in the top ten.
