Alleged Details Emerge on Taylor Swift’s New Single; Is it “Shake it Off?”

Numerous radio industry members claim the new Taylor Swift song was made available for sampling today. That supposed sampling produced a weave of very unconfirmed details about the hotly anticipated single.

The most notable wisdom came from 107.9 The End’s Christopher K, who described the song as “very fun and upbeat” with a “good message.”

While the majority of his Tweets were swiftly deleted, rabid music fans grabbed details from the personality’s feed before they vanished.

Perhaps surprisingly to those familiar with Swift’s songwriting style, he says “it’s not a love song at all.”

Adding that there is a “catchy horn sound playing throughout,” the radio personality says the song advises listeners “not to worry bout what ppl think of u, just shake it off.”

That last clause could prove particularly important; the rumor going around is that “Shake it Off” is the song’s official title.

“Shake it Off” or not, Taylor Swift is expected to premiere the new single during a live Yahoo! chat on August 18.
