Iggy Azalea’s “Fancy” Holds at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100

Update: Billboard confirms that Iggy Azalea’s “Fancy (featuring Charli XCX)” is the number one song on the Hot 100.

Now in its sixth week atop the chart, “Fancy” gives Azalea the longest Hot 100 streak ever for a female rapper. Lil Kim previously held the distinction as part of “Lady Marmalde,” which reigned for five weeks.

Save for MAGIC!’s “Rude” advancing to #2 and Ariana Grande’s “Problem (featuring Iggy Azalea)” slipping to #3, there were no other changes on this week’s Hot 100.

Billboard has yet to publish its weekly Hot 100 preview, but pop sensation Iggy Azalea has already delighted fans with the news that her “Fancy” ranks as #1 on the chart for the sixth consecutive week.

“6 weeks at number 1!! Yes! Thankyou so much guys,” Tweeted Azalea regarding her breakthrough hit, which features vocals from Charli XCX.

While “Fancy” is starting to endure declines in airplay and digital sales, it remains powerful enough to extend its reign as America’s number one single.

No other chart position has been revealed, but it is likely the songs present in last week’s Top 5–Ariana Grande’s “Problem (featuring Iggy Azalea),” MAGIC!’s “Rude,” Nico and Vinz’ “Am I Wrong” and Sam Smith’s “Stay With Me”–will all remain in that illustrious portion of the chart.

Billboard is will share the chart’s Top 10 Wednesday afternoon.
