Jason DeRulo Makes Splash at Top 40 Radio, Demi Lovato, Becky G Solid

The follow-up to Jason DeRulo’s smash “Talk Dirty” continues to gain traction at Top 40 radio.

According to Mediabase, his new single “Wiggle (featuring Snoop Dogg)” landed at 43 new stations to rank as the most-added track at pop radio. Already #31, “Wiggle” should leverage the 43 adds to make an accelerated run up the rolling Top 40 airplay chart.

Los Angeles’ influential KIIS was among the group of stations to add “Wiggle” this week.

After making a monster impact last week, Sam Smith’s “Stay with Me” followed with another healthy round of adds. The song ranked as the format’s second-most-added track with 39 new station pickups.

Pharrell Williams’ newly impacting “Come Get it Bae” followed with 31 adds (including KIIS and New York’s Z100), while Demi Lovato’s “Really Don’t Care (featuring Cher Lloyd)” landed at 27 stations (including KIIS).

Jennifer Lopez’ “First Love” followed as the week’s fifth-most-added track with 26 pickups.

Other notable welcomes were extended to Michael Jackson’s and Justin Timberlake’s “Love Never Felt So Good” (24 adds) and Tiesto’s “Wasted (featuring Matthew Koma)” (18 adds).

With 17 adds (including one at Z100), Becky G’s “Shower” landed in the top ten most-added for the second consecutive week. OneRepublic’s “Love Runs Out” (16 adds, including Z100) and Calvin Harris’ smash summer (14 adds) ranked as the week’s ninth- and tenth-most-added, respectively.
