“The Voice'”s Kat Perkins Wins “Instant Save” Again, Makes Top 5

Last week, bottom three member Kat Perkins received the “instant save” and thus secured a place in the subsequent round of NBC’s “The Voice.”

Evidently lightning can strike twice.

One of this week’s bottom four vote-getters, Perkins again found her dream of winning the competition resting on the prospect of the Instant Save. Once again, her fans came through. The Team Adam member received the audience’s “Instant Save,” and she will continue onto the competition’s semifinal round.

Unsuccessful in their pursuit of the Instant Save–and thus eliminated from the competition–were Team Blake members Sisaundra Lewis and Audra McLaughlin and Team Adam member Delvin Choice.

The successful Perkins, meanwhile, joins teammate Christina Grimmie, Team Blake member Jake Worthington, Team Usher member Josh Kaufman and Team Shakira member Kristen Merlin in the competition’s Top 5 round.
