Aloe Blacc’s “Lift Your Spirit” Rises to #1 on Sales Chart

When it comes to the iTunes Album Sales chart, Aloe Blacc is definitely “The Man.”

Still enjoying a blockbuster response to lead single “The Man,” which continued the momentum he developed after providing lyrics and vocals for Avicii’s “Wake Me Up,” Aloe Blacc is now in possession of the top album on iTunes.

His “Lift Your Spirit,” which officially streeted March 11, leads all other releases on the iTunes overall album sales chart.

Rick Ross’ “Mastermind” and Pharrell’s “Girl,” this past week’s top two releases, claim second and third on the chart. The enduring “Frozen” soundtrack is fourth, while pre-order interest in Coldplay’s “Ghost Stories” puts that album at number five.

Other notable new releases include 311’s “Stereolithic” (#7) and Luke Bryan’s “Spring Break 6” EP (#12).
