Melissa McCarthy Returns to “SNL,” Imagine Dragons Debuts

She received stellar marks for her previous two stints on “Saturday Night Live.” This February, “Mike & Molly” star Melissa McCarthy attempts to make it three-for-three.

NBC announced Friday that McCarthy, who appears in the upcoming films “Tammy” and “St. Vincent,” will return to host the February 1 edition of “SNL.”

Music for the episode will come courtesy Imagine Dragons. The Grammy-nominated band behind “Radioactive” and “Demons” will be taking the “SNL” stage for the first time.
