TBS’ “Ground Floor” Hits Ratings High Thursday

Unwilling to let its title define its performance, “Ground Floor” ascended to a ratings high Thursday.

Thursday’s edition of the TBS original comedy drew a 0.8 adults 18-49 rating. Prior to this week, no “Ground Floor” episode had topped a 0.7.

While the rating in the coveted adults 18-49 demographic was up from last week’s telecast, total viewership was down. Thursday’s segment, the series’ eighth, garnered an average audience of 1.53 million; the prior week’s broadcast attracted 1.62 million.

Two episodes remain in the first season of “Ground Floor.”
