Justin Bieber Claims He’s Retiring as “Believe” Hits Theaters

With virtually nothing going on in the world of entertainment news, Christmas actually represents an ideal opportunity to generate headlines.

That is exactly what Justin Bieber did shortly before the holiday arrived on the East Coast.

Following up on a claim he made in a recent interview, Bieber Tweeted Tuesday that he is “officially retiring.”

“My beloved beliebers I’m officially retiring,” wrote Bieber.

He did, however, confirm that he is “never leaving” his passionate fanbase, adding “The media talks a lot about me.They make a up a lot of lies and want me to fail but I’m never leaving you, being a belieber is a lifestyle.”

In obviously unrelated news, “Justin Bieber’s Believe,” his latest concert movie, hits theaters on Christmas Wednesday.
