Vin Diesel Reveals Last Paul Walker Scene, “Fast 7” Release Date

Following the death of franchise star Paul Walker, the completion of upcoming franchise release “Fast & Furious 7,” the faced an inevitable delay.

That delay has been taken into account, and a new release date has been cemented. In a Facebook post Sunday, Vin Diesel confirmed that the latest “The Fast & The Furious” film will hit theaters on April 10, 2015. Predecessor “Fast & Furious 6” hit theaters this past May.

In addition to confirming the new release date, Diesel also posted a photo with his late co-star Walker (above).

Regarding that photo, he wrote, “The last scene we filmed together…There was a unique sense of completion, of pride we shared… in the film we were now completing… the magic captured… and, in just how far we’ve come.”

Prior to his passing this November, Walker had filmed scenes for the upcoming “Fast” sequel.
