“Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show” Ratings Down Slightly

Though it performed well enough to reign as the night’s top-rated series in the adults 18-49 category, Tuesday’s broadcast of the annual “Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show” endured a slight drop from last year’s number.

Tuesday’s hourlong broadcast, which featured musical performances from Taylor Swift, Fall Out Boy, A Great Big World and Neon Jungle, drew a 3.4 adults 18-49 rating with 9.71 million viewers.

Last year’s show, headlined by Rihanna, Justin Bieber and Bruno Mars, delivered a 3.6 adults 18-49 rating (3.5 in the comparable fast nationals) with 9.48 million viewers for CBS.

Earlier in the night, CBS offered “NCIS” (2.8 with 18.84 million) and “NCIS: Los Angeles” (2.4 with 14.71 million). Last year’s show aired after “Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer” (2.9, 10.11 million) and a re-run of “NCIS” (2.0, 11.06 million).
