TBS Renews “Sullivan & Son” For Another Season

TBS’ Thursday record has improved to 2-for-2 this year.

After successfully launching comedy series “Men at Work” in a Thursday night timeslot earlier this year, TBS followed up with recent entry “Sullivan & Son.”

Like “Men,” “Sullivan” will be back for another round next year.

The comedy, which was billed as coming from executive producer Vince Vaughn, has performed admirably–and consistently–in its timeslot. The most recent airing attracted 2.1 million viewers with a 0.9 rating among adults 18-49.

Two weeks ago, it outdrew the season finale of FX’s “Anger Management,” which subsequently recently received a monstrous 90 episode renewal.
