Aided by the release of a Nicki Minaj remix, “Down In The DM” leaps into the Top 25 of the Billboard Hot 100.
Now credited to Yo Gotti featuring Nicki Minaj, the song soars to #21 on this week’s chart. It was #39 last week.
The Hot 100 lift comes largely thanks to a 154% increase in weekly sales. The song, which sold 20,215 US copies during the previous tracking week, shifted 51,349 paid US downloads during the current (February 5-11) period. It ranks as the week’s #12 digital song.
As exclusively reported by Headline Planet, the majority of those sales–35,443 to be exact–come from the aforementioned Nicki Minaj remix.
