Ratings: FX’s “The Americans” Climbs in Demo, Viewership This Week

“Walter Taffet,” Wednesday’s edition of FX’s “The Americans,” was the most watched episode since the January 28 season premiere.

Among adults 18-49, it was the highest rated broadcast since the February 4 episode.

Directed by series regular Noah Emmerich, this week’s “Americans” drew a 0.35 adults 18-49 rating with 1.224 million total viewers.

The numbers were up considerably from the 0.24 adults 18-49 rating and 931,000 viewership mark achieved by the March 4 episode.

Those numbers, meanwhile, bested the series low 0.19 adults 18-49 rating and series low 811,000 viewership total posted by the February 25 edition.

This week’s episode was the first season three installment to attract a larger audience than its corresponding season two broadcast. “Arpanet,” the seventh episode of season two, drew a then-series low audience of 1.18 million.
