Ratings: FX’s “The Americans” Rises Slightly from Last Week’s Low

While FX’s “The Americans” continues to operate with less interest than it had last year, it is not falling every week.

This week’s episode, which posted a 0.24 adults 18-49 rating with 931,000 viewers, bested last week’s episode in both columns.

Last week’s episode delivered a 0.19 adults 18-49 rating with 811,000 viewers. Both represented series lows for the critically acclaimed but low rated cable drama.

Positive in the sense that it rebounded from last week’s dire mark, this week’s performance again underscores the extent to which interest in “The Americans” has fallen. Wednesday’s installment was the fourth season three episode (out of six total) to draw fewer than one million viewers.

No first or second season episode ever dipped beneath the 1.119 million mark.
