Adele’s “Carpool Karaoke,” Fifth Harmony’s “Work From Home” Top YouTube’s 2016 Year-End Lists

In conjunction with its annual Rewind video, YouTube revealed the year’s Top 10 trending videos and Top 10 music videos.

The trending category identifies the top ten videos based on “views, shares, comments, likes and more.” The music video category is more straightforward; it simply identifies the year’s most-watched music videos.

Worth noting: the ten videos on YouTube’s trending list have a combined 550 million views. “Work From Home” alone is credited with 1.18 billion.
