Drake’s “One Dance” Enters Top 40 at Hot Adult Contemporary; NEEDTOBREATHE, Gregory Darling Top 50

Drake’s “One Dance (featuring WizKid & Kyla),” which is currently #1 at rhythmic and urban radio and inside the Top 5 at pop radio, is now charting inside the Top 40 at hot adult contemporary.

Up two places, the multi-format smash earns #40 on this week’s Mediabase Hot AC airplay chart. It received 397 spins during the June 5-11 tracking period (+49).

As “One Dance” moves into the Top 40, two songs reach the format’s Top 50.

Spun 151 times during the official tracking period (+32), NEEDTOBREATHE’s “Happiness” ranks as the Mediabase Hot AC panel’s #49 song. It was #53 last week.

Gregory Darling’s “Shell (Find A Better Way)” follows at #50. Up two places, it received 148 weekly spins (+13).

— Both tiers also welcome re-entries this week. Alessia Cara’s “Wild Things” re-enters the Top 40 at #39 (+2), while The Lumineers’ “Ophelia” returns to the Top 50 at #47 (+4).
