Nico and Vinz to Perform on NBC’s “TODAY” Show

Loaded with interesting celebrity guests, the first “TODAY” show lineups of 2015 are decidedly light on confirmed musical performers.

While more names could always be added, the next two weeks of “TODAY” listings presently feature only two musical guests.

As Headline Planet first reported, country icon Garth Brooks will perform on the January 8 edition of the show. Brooks was previously advertised for a late 2014 visit but cancelled out of respect for the Ferguson protests.

The following week brings a performance from 2014 breakout pop duo Nico and Vinz. The Norwegian pair is set to perform during the 9AM portion of the January 12 episode.

The laundry list of upcoming interview guests, meanwhile, includes Kristen Stewart, Nicole Kidman, Bradley Cooper, Sophia Bush, Lena Dunham, Maggie Grace, Sienna Miller and Reese Witherspoon.
